Directions: This Unit will consist of the basic construction of a Wood project, a Cutting Board. This project will consist of the following tools and machines; Wood Hand Tools, Portable Hand Drill, Portable Jig Saw, 1” Belt Sander, Disc Sander, Drill Press and various sanding tools.
Locate the instructions or patterns from the instructor.

Begin by selecting your wood, next transfer the design to the wood materials.

From there begin cutting out the wood pattern, using various machines to complete the task.

Check with instructor for feedback.

The sanding procedure now begins, it is important that you sand All areas of the wood pattern.

Upon completing the sanding procedures, check with instructor for feedback and further finishing procedures.
