Wear eye protection when operating the equipment.

Make sure tips are clean.

You may use pliers or a clamp to hold small objects while soldering.

When soldering - make sure materials are clean.

Make sure that the material being soldered is at a temperature the same as the solder being melted.

Make sure the soldering gun is cool before putting it away.
